We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. This role will be based out of our Eatonton GA Facility. A successful Office Manager is an energetic professional who flexible, focused and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks with the ability to work independently while coaching and leading an office team. Additionally, it is critical that this candidate is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitates and Plans business events including Town Hall Summits, Senior Leadership Visits, Vendor Summits, Group Meetings and Holiday/Team Building Events Coordinates Employee communications including corporate communications and incentive and recognition programs. Prepares and Processes Expense Reconciliation Reports in an accurate and timely manner. Monitors, maintains, and purchases office supplies and equipment. Assists the Sr General Manager of the Eatonton Distribution Center (EDC) with daily activities as needed. Establishes and maintains various employee documentation to provide current personnel information and tracking. Oversees and manages daily general administrative and office duties along with facilitating company events and assisting in onboarding new employees. Supervises, mentors, trains, and coaches office staff and appropriately delegates assignments to ensure maximum productivity of the team. Works directly with the Human Resources Department to assist with company communications. Responsible for Calendar Management for the Sr General Manager of the EDC, and plans travel when needed. Coordinates and Conducts New Hire Orientations. Greets visitors, answers a high volume of incoming phone calls, and delivers world-class service to our customers. Prepares PowerPoint presentations, memorandums and spreadsheets when requested. Other duties deemed necessary leadership. QUALIFICATIONS 5
years of Office Management or Administrative experience OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a combination of education and work experience. Strong, professional communication skills are required in all forms (verbal, written, electronic) at all levels. Strong team building and collaborative skills with a willingness to problem solve and take initiative. Has the ability to objectively listen and coach employees and management through issues, while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Is a resourceful, strategic problem solver. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, word, outlook, excel) and web searches.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Administrative & OfficeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
