Sr Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst specializing in Warehouse Management Systems to join our Orchard Brands team. This position is in Eatonton, GAat our Fulfillment Center, and will partner with the Senior Product Owner and Distribution Center leadership to support existing systems, analyze current business processes and systems, and make recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and professional business knowledge. This role will also oversee the implementation and training on new system changes and products. NOTE:

Responsibilities:
Ensure the warehouse management systems meet business requirements and goals and fulfill user requirements Provide technical support to distribution center employees for warehouse management systems Support Operations managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing technology system capabilities Interact with stakeholders and technical resources to design, implement and maintain customized system interfaces Provide systems training for technical and non-technical employees Provide analytics around warehouse management systems interfaces and interactions with other systems, such as Order Management Systems, Finance, and Material Handling Equipment Develop analytics and reports in a user-friendly, digestible format Keep apprised of new technology relevant to industry and company Oversee implementation of projects Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of existing business processes and the information and data they require and generate
Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of experience supporting warehouse management systems, working with supply chain operations to enhance systems and manage the implementation of technology changes Experience with Manhatten PKMS Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex technology projects concurrently Effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in writing technical specification documents Ability to analyze data, write SQL to extract data, and write reports in MicroStrategy or other reporting tools High energy and service focused Enjoys problem-solving Capable of setting priorities and working under pressure Able to multi-task and always thinking two steps ahead Bluestem Brands is the parent company to five eCommerce retail brands. $80K -- $100K
