Inventory Control Manager

We are looking for an Inventory Control Manager to join our team. This role will be based out of our Fulfillment Center located in Eatonton, GA. As the Inventory Control Manger, you'll be responsible for all Warehouse Inventory Control activities including management of the Inventory Control Team performing cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. This role will also lead the research and resolution of shipping/transfer/receiving discrepancies and identify root cause issues and corrective action. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures adequate inventory of products in accordance with Inventory cycles and Bluestem Philosophy. Trains, coaches, and leads Inventory Control Shift Supervisors. Conducts daily Inventory Analysis to solve Inventory problems. Develops, implements, and evaluates Inventory Control Processes and Procedures. Works to ensure that project and department goals and KPIs are consistently being met. Communicates with the General Manager, keeping them informed of Inventory Control projects and statuses, as needed. Executes shift meetings and interacts with Supervisors and hourly associates daily. Writes and delivers employee Annual Reviews and coaching documents. Ensures all employees are adequately trained to perform their Essential Job Functions. Delegates workload to Supervisors on their respective shifts to ensure their job functions support the overall Warehouse activities and goals. Builds a strong staffing bench and develops the team by utilizing Supervisors as Mentors. Understands and enforces Policies and Procedures accurately and fairly. Monitors an approved labor standard to ensure an efficient and productive labor force. Investigates all accidents and recommends solutions to correct any deficiencies in conjunction with the Safety Committee. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree with 5
years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced production/distribution environment OR 5 - 7 years of Inventory Control and Supervisory experience in a fast-paced production/distribution environment OR an equivalent combination of Education and work experience. Knowledge of Inventory and Warehouse Management systems and Inventory Control techniques. Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs (productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction) while making quick, sound decisions. Ability to develop and grow effective relationships both internally and externally. Proven ability to interact effectively, build trust and demonstrate curiosity and empathy with teams. Willingness to work the necessary hours needed to meet the business and operational objectives. Strong technical skill set utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and WMS applications. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
