We use CNC machines as panel saws, beam saws, edge banding, drilling, and cutting machines to make our cabinets.
You must have excellent Electrical skills.
Reliable Maintenance Technician to help with repair and upkeep of the company's production machinery.
A great maintenance technician will have a solid understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems of CNC Machines.
They will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will also have an aptitude for undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, etc.
The goal is to ensure that the machines are running with planned preventive maintenance and the equipment are in a good and safe condition at all times.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as required.
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Train employees on proper equipment usage.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work Monitor inventory of materials and equipment Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities
Qualifications:
8
years of manufacturing experience; electrical/PLC, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills Experience in the Manufacturing/Production facility environment.
Electrical knowledge/experience with troubleshooting and installation, specifically 480 & 220 volts, 3 phase - 12 to 120 Volt.
Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintains disaster preparedness by identifying potential problems, developing response plans, managing crises.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; be able to reach overhead; have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body EDUCATION &
Experience:
Associate's degree (A.

) from a college or technical school; or five to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATH SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
