LEGH) is a vertically-integrated company in the factory-built housing space with 3 manufacturing facilities, 15 retail locations throughout the southern and southeastern US, transportation, laminate manufacturing, and finance operations.
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Warranty/Service Manager to manage our Service Department.
The position reports directly to the General Manager and is key to the overall success of the facility.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing claims for a manufacturer, home builder, and/or construction firm.
Knowledge of HUD building codes is a must.
Experience in the factory-built housing space is a plus.

years of relevant work experience College degree or equivalent experience Strong analytical skills Strong computer skills; MS Office and database software Effective negotiating skills Knowledge of HUD building code/regulations pertaining to factory-built housing We offer:
